Make The Best Out Of Your Sleep Time

Most of us could use more energy in a day.

Make The Best Out Of Your Sleep Time

Majority of us find it hard to get the recommended hours of sleep, and getting more sleep may not be an option for some of us, but you still need to get more energy to push through the next day. I myself do not have the time to get the amount of sleep needed, but what I have found out is making the best of the hours you do sleep will make a huge difference in your energy level the next day.

And just like you do not have extra time for sleep, you probably do not have time to spend on preparing before bed or time to read a long blog. With your time in mind, I keep it quick. So here we go…..

Supplementing Before Bed

Taking regeneration supplements before bed will feed your body the nutrient it missing to give you the boost of energy you need once you wake up.

There are a lot of different supplements on the market, but I prefer natural supplements which feed your body nutrient it recognizes.

Below are my favorite supplement and I will give a quick benefit to each one.

Food-Based Multivitamin- Taking a food-based multivitamin will feed your body the nutrients you may not have gotten doing the day from your meals. Lack of proper nutrition prevents your body from function properly, which means low energy.

(There is a male version of New Chapter you can try if you are a man. The formula is almost the same, so should be as good as the women.)

Vitamin C: Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant, which is fanatics at fighting free radical, which can make you feel sluggish.

The best form of vitamin C is ascorbic acid giving you 1,000 mg per serving.

Fish Oil: Omega-3 fatty acids is a fatty acid your body needs and may not be getting enough in daily meal. It will relieve body aches you may have, which will help you be more productive once awaken. Look for omega-3 fish oil with 1,000 mg per serving.

If you are vegan an alternative to fish oil is flaxseed oil of 1,000 mg per serving.

Keep In Mind….

Energy level varies depending on lifestyle, you may only need one of these three supplements to make a huge difference in energy level. I would suggest starting with a food-based multivitamin and adding the others if you feel you need an extra boost.

For me, I need all three supplements plus. I take one food-based multivitamin, 3-4 fish oil, and 1-3 vitamin C. And I also take these bonus supplements below, my current lifestyle requires me to take all these for energy and to maintain my overall health.

(Maximum benefits: I have noticed there is a difference in taking these three supplements an hour or 10-5 minutes before bed. I find taking my multivitamin, vitamin C, and fish oil 10-15 minutes before work better in giving me more energy upon waking up in the morning than taking it 1 or 2 hours before bed.)

Bonus Supplement

Bamboo & collagen powder: I have combined these two supplements because I would recommend taking the powder form of both of these rather than capsule form.

I like to mix the two powder together in a cup of green tea to drink.

Both help feed your body nutrition you may not have gotten throughout the day, this will help with body aches and when your body feels refresh you feel more energized to go about your day.

There are different types of collagen on the market (beef, chicken, fish) but Marine collagen peptides of 5,000 mg or more are the best type of collagen to take.
