Are You a New to our blog?

Ever since I could remember my life path was set to go the traditional route. It started with going to school; a classroom education was mandatory. School became everything to me; fear was the constant motivator. In my world, if you did not succeed in school, attain a degree to secure a high paying job you were a failure. Coming from a poor background, a steady paycheck with retirement benefits sounded ideal.

In 2008 I started freshman year in college away from home, it only lasted the first half of the semester. By the end of the summer, I was back home working at my old job, the worst for me was attending a little community college. Over the years I study hard and plan to attend a large university; success was in my grasp. Coming back home to attend a community college was beyond shameful in my perspective. A temporary situation quickly turned into a more permanent position. The harsh reality of my life was starting to sink in. For the first time, I felt defeated, corner, and I must say depress. I had major responsibilities, working full time, helping with supporting family drained me mentally and physically. One day the pressure finally got to me, It was like a wall of resistance building around me brick by brick. I was not going to let it build up where I could no longer climb over and get out.

Freedom is not Free

The ultimate goal in rebooting your life is to gain liberty and luxury of a new and improved lifestyle. The most important thing to me was my freedom, the freedom to live the life I deserve. Before I would take that step back to regular work, my mind would always scream “NO!” The point was to rebuild a better lifestyle, my need for freedom was louder than the voice of my fear. I did not want a job I wanted to rebuild my life on my terms.

The best part about this whole experience was learning to be resilient; I never gave up on the vision I created. I was determined to see results; I made it a point to take critical steps to not only successfully rebuild my life but keep improving my new lifestyle. I learn to strengthen my thoughts; this allowed me to take action that in the end enable me to change my way of life. In just a few years of hardship my entire perspective on life change. Now I make, calculated decisions based on facts, not opinions. I exercise control in all areas such as finance, career, and even life's pleasures. I will ask myself:

“Is this investment of time and money worth the return I will receive?”

“Am I making a smart decision when it comes to my money?

Each experience did not come without a valuable lesson; I learn to pay attention and catch just about everyone that came my way. It took me a few years to get back on track, but failure was not an option, so I push forward.

Failure is a great teacher, every experience I either succeeded or learn something new. I finally realize “I have control over my life; I can take charge at any time to fix all problems that come along.” Once I believe in those words, I knew it was possible to regain a better lifestyle. Start with a solid foundation, take the time your life is worth to plan out a successful future. Education is worth every effort; the trick is to find rewards by working smart. Rising from a rough patch of life is hard work, but it is not only possible also worth the struggle.

Growing up I remember never wanting to spend the little money I would receive from family members. I was never a material girl, so materialistic things never had much value to me. I would have $5 for weeks and because I had nothing to buy it would stay in the wallet.

The damage came when I got older, others around me would ask why do I save money when it is for me spend. I started thinking that 'why not just spend it, I can always earn more.' After l began working in a high school, I would make over $450 every two weeks, and it would not be enough. For a high school kid without a mortgage or car payment, I should have thought about saving that money. Instead, I would go out with friends and spend money without thinking, buy gifts for family members without worrying about the cost on my credit cards. The only thing that was getting me was further into debt with me not aware of the financial struggle ahead. Now I know what a precious commodity time is I regret all those hours I wasted seating around complaining about being bored.

I can say I would not change my past experiences over the recent years because they shape who I am today. The difference today is knowing that making a commitment to financial freedom means changing old and poor financial habits. One of my favorite pastimes is working out, whether it is strength training or running, even a little morning yoga leaves me feeling rejuvenated. I have learned discipline and restraint from taking care of my body; once I started seeing results, I knew I could implement the same tactic in my everyday life. I started planning, keeping up with my expenses, and learning how to grow my wealth.

I recently began working 20 hours a week in a span of four days, so I schedule the rest of the week to focus on my business. I am in the beginning stage; every day I plan out a schedule to use my hours wisely. I create an action plan for the week, and I set breaks to ensure I don't burn out. I wake up at 7 AM to get ready, In the morning I take the time to stretch, meditate, and take care of myself.

Developing my plan did not only involve a plan to start working on my business, but I also started resting properly, getting proper nutrition, and living a more balanced lifestyle. It is important to balance out working and taking the time to relax and enjoy your life. Your body is a working machine itself; you need to keep it well oil and properly feed to keep your energy up for the day. One of my practice is holding a 28oz bottle of cold water on my desk to drink throughout the day. I refill it about three times for the day to make sure I stay hydrated. Now I could focus on building my business and keeping myself healthy.

After three years in debts with no job or money to support myself I realize that keeping up with my finances was crucial. I grew up from that childhood mindset of spending more than I earn and building debts that I was not able to pay. Growing up involves more than just being able to drive a car, or be in control of when and where you go out. It is a whole new world where you are responsible for yourself financially. Planning to be financially free takes works, planning, creating an action plan to follow to achieve success. Taking the time to acknowledge bad habits and behaviors is the first step to making a lasting change. Make sure to monitor your daily activities to ensure that you are following through with your new commitment.

Changing your life to gain financial freedom start with you making the decision to take control of your life. Financial freedom is not easy, but worth every effort that it takes.

Having a businesses is great, but sometimes the day to day struggle to get clients old or new can be tiring. The best thing you can do is run your business efficiently to enable you to predict your monthly income better.

As an entrepreneur, you start out by being a self-employed service professional, so you need to stabilize your income. The way to go about doing that is to create a monthly recurring source of income to support your expenses; most people know this as a continuity program. You need more than one income to support your life and maintain that lifestyle. Life happens to the best of us no matter how careful we live, your best line of defense is preparation. There is four strong reason you need to have continuity income, so let's get started.

A Passive Income

Now, what is passive income? Passive income is income you receive on a regular basis with minimal effort on you part to maintain that business. Creating multiple income streams that bring you an income that exceeds your expenses gives you control over your life.

What is the definition of wealth? Wealth is the number of days you can survive without physically working ( or another member of your household physically working) and still be able to maintain your current standard of living.

For example, if your monthly expenses are $4,00 and you have saved $40,000 your wealth is ten months long. You measure your wealth in time not in dollar amount.

Working like a cow every day at a job is not ideal if you are looking to be wealthy, you have to work smart. Who would not want to stay at home instead of commuting to work? Who doesn't want to be wealthy? Creating multiple income streams that bring in recurring income on a regular basis that exceeds your expenses is a smart idea.

You need a 'REAL' business

Doing business is not just selling one product or service, you need to build multiple products to support your business. Running a business that sells a product or service only once is not a real business. Now there is nothing wrong with have one product or service the ideal is for you to keep a steady flow of income coming in. If you do plan to create a one-time product it should be something you customers are paying for every month. Decide on the type of business you will be creating to know which business are good for reoccurring payments from customers.

Can Be Package and Sold Away

Now that you have a real business that produces a steady flow of income it becomes an asset. Now how is that possible? You have a business that can be sold away to investors for 4x to 10x the original amount of the annual profits. Investors will pay the price you are asking because they see future profit not only in the annual revenue reports, but they can always continue to grow that business.

Having True Freedom

Picture yourself waking up in the morning on the first of the month without ever stepping outside your home and being free to do as you like. You can do that by earning an income over your monthly expenses from your continued income. You get freedom by controlling your money, control your life, and in turn control the freedom you enjoy in this world. 'Money is Freedom' simple; you need money to live every part of your life, continue income keeps the daily stress away and allow you to live a full life.

Continue income is not just about having money, it is about learning to improve and become the best version of yourself. The best part is once you have everything in place, and you start receiving continue income all you have to do is sit back and watch the income come in minimal effort personally on your part.
